Together with the biggest stars in British athletics, year after year, the Müller Anniversary Games, an event of which Nike is a technical sponsor, continue to attract the best athletes from around the world in the cosmopolitan city of London.
Of all the events that took place during the two days of competition, the men’s 100m was certainly the most highly-anticipated: a head-to-head between the world’s greatest sprinters which saw Ronnie Baker win with a time of 9.90 seconds.
WINTECARE participated at these UK games thanks to the contribution of specialist Gabriele Bertelli and back-up specialist James Davies, who worked continuously, managing to support around twenty competing athletes.
Of the athletes that passed through our treatment room, we want to congratulate Yasmani Copello, second in the 400m hurdles, Lilian Kasait Rengeruk, gold in the women’s 3000m, Denia Caballero, bronze in the discus throw, Dezerea Bryant, second in the women’s 100m, Luvo Manyonga, gold in the long jump, Ronnie Baker, gold in the 100m and Daryll Neita, a sprinter in the British 4x100 team which took first place with a season’s best.
WINTECARE, in collaboration with Nike, will continue to offer support at the last Diamond League meets sponsored by the U.S. giant, combining its passion for sport and dedication to its work.
